the choosen one  tree, well ... rather bush is boldo (Peumus Boldus) preference for this bush starts from my very early childhood when I spent whole summers in the town of Nacimiento (Region of Bio Bio) where it consumed much its fruit and the infusion of its leaves which have been proven to have medicinal properties.

but my love for this bush is beyond that, is its smell or the taste of its fruit, I do not know it clearly but I can not imagine summer without it, I like to combine its flavor with other infusions such as tea or mate

as some of its properties act on the nervous system causing sleepiness and mild anesthesia. I usually take it in the evenings or at night to sleep better.

this helps me a lot in periods of stress provoked by the university
